As our Social & Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our digital and influencer marketing efforts. From scheduling scroll-stopping posts to managing influencer gifting and helping drive buzz around launches, your contributions will help shape how the world sees our brand. This is a junior, part-time role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a passion for discovering cool creators, and loves crafting engaging content.

Salary Range: Php15, 000 - Php20,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 3PM - 7PM

Responsibilities:

      • Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
      • Write engaging captions in our brand tone and select relevant hashtags
      • Maintain and update a weekly/monthly content calendar
      • Upload and schedule content via tools like Later, Canva, or Metricool
      • Monitor tags and mentions; flag noteworthy content or engagement
      • Assist in tracking key performance metrics (growth, reach, saves, etc.)
      • Research and identify influencers and brands that align with our aesthetic and values
      • Reach out to creators with templates for introductions and gifting
      • Maintain a tracker of all outreach, responses, gifting status, and posts
      • Organise gifting logistics, including mailing addresses and custom notes
      • Save and organize influencer content for future marketing use
      • Draft short blurbs for product launches and press communications
      • Assist with outreach to blogs, interiors accounts, and online publications
      • Keep a well-organised record of all outreach and responses
      • Support launch promotions across Instagram Stories, TikTok, and email blurbs

Requirements:

      • Previous experience managing or supporting social media for a brand or project.
      • Excellent written communication skills with a fun, clear, and friendly tone
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines.
