This role will primarily focus on managing the preparation of tender submissions, liaising with suppliers, installers, contractors, and stakeholders, estimating project costs, and supporting the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities.
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000

The Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Engage with suppliers, designers, contractors, and installers to obtain necessary information, quotes, and resources for tender submissions and build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential tenders proactively track tender award dates and follow up with relevant contacts.
- Follow up with clients and councils to inquire about the status of ongoing tenders and projects and provide updates and assistance to clients as required,
- Regularly report on tender status and progress to the management team.
- Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with regulatory requirements, client specifications, and internal standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and other documentation for successful tender submissions.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
The Requirements:
- Proven experience in tender coordination, project management, or a related field, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry.
- Experience working with Australian or US clients is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimating, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills can effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with tendering and project management software.
- Ability to analyze tender documents, interpret project specifications and drawings, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
