Join a vibrant LED neon and homeware brand as a Sales & Design Coordinator. In this junior-level role, youll manage custom neon and wholesale orders, from answering inquiries and providing quotes to coordinating designs and bringing bespoke pieces to life. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting, visually driven projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment while collaborating with a passionate team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri |UK Shift 3PM - 7PM

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and helping them with custom requests and wholesale orders.
• Preparing quotes and followed up with potential customers.
• Sending wholesale orders to the dispatch team for fulfillment.
• Liaising with wholesale clients to confirm orders.
• Coordinating the design process between the customer and our factory or design team.
• Sending invoices, tracking orders, and updating customers and wholesale clients throughout the process.
• Organizing all the details that turn ideas into finished neon artwork.



Requirements:

• Bonus: experience with Canva, Illustrator, or working with e-commerce orders.
• Confident with Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, and general digital tools.
• Highly organized with strong administrative abilities.
• A natural problem solver who ensures tasks are followed through to completion.
• Ability to coordinate and work independently.
• Strong attention to details and excellent communication skills.
