We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager with EA capacity to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our marketing efforts and providing executive support to our company directors.

The Salary Range: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (6am - 3pm)

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and tailor capability statements for specific industries and clients.
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials using Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Managing the process of preparing a submission: including reviewing the request for tender, collating the relevant documents from the project teams, and presenting them in a palatable format that aligns with the bid requirements and client's brand.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Edit and publish time-lapse videos of completed Projects on social media platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI.
  • Update and maintain our website with current project descriptions and updates using WordPress.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation using marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp and Adobe Suite.
  • Send out monthly newsletters.
  • Assist company directors with the development of merchandise for corporate gifting.
  • Aid in the development and ordering of new uniform items, branded for both on-site and office teams.
  • Provide diary and email management for company directors.
  • Organize calendar invites for recurring meetings and events.
  • Assist with organizing corporate gifting and events.
  • Maintain and update company registers.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the commercial fitout or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and editing skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, InDesign, and Adobe Suite.
