Your responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling trade technician work in line with client and contractual requirements. You will be working in a supportive and collaborative team environment, with your ability to liaise with trade personnel, customers, and prioritise competing challenges.
Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 7am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
- Internal resource scheduling.
- Answer and make phone calls.
- Maintenance planning.
- Raise and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure job hours compliance by technicians.
- Contract KPI management.
- Internal business support.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a scheduling role or a similar field.
- Experience using Pronto is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience in the HVAC/Fire/Electrical services industry is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience in front-line client and technician engagement.
- Experience working with ERPs and scheduling tools.
- Strong coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive and resourceful.
- Confident personality and a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to prioritise jobs in order of risk and importance.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of teamwork and a proactive attitude.
