Base Salary: PHP35,000 + PHP 3,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Tue-Fri | 8pm-6am

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts primarily international companies looking to outsource roles to the Philippines.
- Promote the companys services, present tailored outsourcing solutions, and lead client acquisition efforts.
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely hiring of candidates based on client needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client after onboarding, ensuring service satisfaction and handling any concerns or escalations.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and the outsourced staff working on their accounts.
- Monitor the performance and engagement of candidates placed under the clients account and assist with issue resolution if needed.
- Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to internal teams and support recruitment coordination and alignment.
- Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations to ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients.
- Regularly check in with clients and employees to gather feedback and maintain service quality.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and support the companys overall growth objectives.
- Attend virtual meetings, demos, and presentations with potential and existing clients via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
- Track pipeline activity, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in sales, client management, or account management preferably in BPO or outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts while coordinating with internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and responsive in client and candidate interactions.
- Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Flexible and adaptable, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts and handling clients across various time zones.
