Q300173: Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities of Quality Control (QC) and Engineering, focusing on ensuring project accuracy and efficiency. This individual will manage the confirmation charts, engineering reviews, and final exports, unburdening Lead Engineers and Team Lead while addressing QC bottlenecks. The role requires strong technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to support the International Team.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000

The Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize confirmation charts in collaboration with project coordinators.
• Ensure all project data (photos, notes, and site visit information) is accurately uploaded and organized in the system.
• Verify readiness for engineering by ensuring data completeness and proper project status transitions.
• Conduct initial engineering reviews, ensuring all reclassifications align with the expected benchmarks.
• Identify and rectify common errors (e.g., HVAC systems, retaining walls, recessed lighting classifications).
• Provide feedback and documentation for corrections, escalating significant issues when necessary.
• Perform detailed QC of engineering, ensuring adherence to technical accuracy and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and International Engineers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain QC logs and documentation to ensure consistent improvement in processes.
• Manage the export process, ensuring all files are transferred correctly between International and Domestic teams.
• Complete draft and final QC steps for project completion.
• Maintain systematic storage of all project data for audit readiness and future reference.
• Partner with Team Lead and QC Accounting to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance engineering and QC knowledge across teams.
• Support onboarding and guidance for new team members in related roles.

The Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field or minimum of 2-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in reading and evaluating construction plans, cost allocation, and asset class life determination.
• Strong analytical skills to perform meticulous reviews and ensure project accuracy.
• Capable of managing deadlines and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project coordinators, engineers, and clients.
• Proficiency in Project Management software; Excel; Microsoft Word.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
