LEM0005 - Civil Engineer (Project & Budgeting Lead)

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Civil Engineer with strong leadership and financial acumen to spearhead construction projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to project management, cost estimation, budgeting, and site supervision, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost control at every stage.

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000

Work Set-Up: Onsite | Monday - Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and deadlines.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track expenses to minimize overspending.
• Site Supervision: Lead site operations, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards while optimizing resources and timelines.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.
