Responsible for managing the CEOs email inbox, scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting with various tasks, including data entry and document receipt confirmations related to the lending team. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • Nightshift (9:00pm - 6:00am)

The Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and manage the CEOs email inbox, prioritize messages, respond to routine inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups on critical matters.
    • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared.
    • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, always ensuring clear and professional communication.
    • Assist with data entry tasks and document receipt confirmations, ensuring all required documents are tracked and organized for the lending team.
    • Confirm receipt of required documents and ensure they are organized and accessible.
    • Assist the CEO with ad-hoc administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.
    • Use HubSpot CRM to track communications, manage contact information, and support the CEOs outreach and follow-ups
    • Ensure data in the CRM is up-to-date and well-maintained.

The Requirements:

    • A background in a quantitative discipline such as finance, economics, business, or related fields.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to perform financial calculations and analysis.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
