Responsible for supporting the Sales Department through coordination with internal and external clients on the needed requirements for pre-bid, pre-quote, bid opportunity, and sale order processing. Assists Sales in the administrative functions and back-office support to meet operational and management goals. A team player with a calm head and a positive attitude.

The Salary Range: PHP 30,000 PHP 40,000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift schedule

The Responsibilities:

  • Review various bidding websites, including, but not limited to city, county, state, and federal bidding domains.
  • Shift through advertises bids for signage and resale items.
  • Populate bidding calendar with relevant bidding information for the sales team.
  • Keep bidding calendar up to date for management view.
  • Forward bid opportunities to Take-off Assistant for itemization.
  • Enter approved take-off into ERP as a quote.

The Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good communication skills, both business writing and spoken, highly organized, customer focused, ability to work efficiently and effectively, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, and Google apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
  • Strong analytical, time management, organizational skills, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
