To provide personalized secretarial, documentation, and administrative support to top-tier management and executives in a well-organized and timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
The Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000
The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon - Sat | 7am - 4pm

The Responsibilities:
- Updating contract management software, including new draft contracts.
- Arranging contracts with suppliers, customers or other external parties.
- Sourcing, review and revising documentation according to the needs of business operations.
- Drafting and revising legal agreements as per business requirements.
- Liaising with external organizations regarding changes to contractual obligations.
- Ability to drive a car to and from destinations for work purposes.
- Drafting correspondence, such as emails and letters.
- Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing calendars.
- Performing data entry and file management tasks to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Transcribing and proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Assisting with daily time management and running errands as requested.
- Planning travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation.
- Visiting locations for investment opportunities.
- Setting up and organizing all medical requirements (doctor, hospital, etc.), such as preparing letters of authorization and billing, and providing assistance with visits to the hospital or doctor appointments.
- Running personal errands, managing bills, and completing any other tasks assigned by management or supervisors.
The Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of experience as an EA or in a similar role.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and effective communication.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in word processing and email programs.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, with strong time management and organizational skills.
