Salary Range: PHP 20,000 + PHP 3,000 Monthly Allowance

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: PHP 20,000/month
  • Monthly Allowance: PHP 3,000/month
  • Leave Benefits: 5 Sick Leaves + 5 Vacation Leaves annually

The Family Coordinator will serve as a vital link between the organization and families within the assigned area. This role involves community engagement, coordination of services, and ensuring that families receive appropriate support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families in the local community

  • Conduct regular home visits and community consultations to assess family needs

  • Facilitate enrollment of families in organizational and government programs

  • Organize and coordinate outreach events, trainings, and community workshops

  • Monitor family welfare and track progress through regular follow-ups

  • Provide assistance or referrals for healthcare, education, and social services

  • Support families during crises or emergencies, ensuring timely intervention

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of family profiles and services provided

  • Prepare reports on activities, outcomes, and identified community issues

  • Collaborate with local government units, schools, and health centers

  • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure holistic and efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field

  • Experience in community work or family support services is an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Capable of working independently and conducting fieldwork in assigned areas

  • Compassionate, proactive, and community-driven
