You'll collaborate closely with our development, UX/UI, and graphic design teams to ensure a reliable web experience for our customers. You'll optimize designs for speed and usability on various platforms while working with our designers to maintain graphic standards and brand consistency.

The Salary Range: Php 50,000 to Php 60,000

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead front-end development projects and mentor junior developers.
  • Architect and implement complex web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers.
  • Ensure web application scalability and performance.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging front-end technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality.
  • Advocate for web accessibility and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of coding standards.
  • Continuously improve development processes.

The Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in front-end and back-end work.
  • Capable in languages such as TypeScript, Vanilla JavaScript, NodeJS, Vue3, PHP, HTML/CSS, Yaml, JSON/XML, Shell scripting, Makefile.
  • Capable in databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQLite.
  • Capable in frameworks/platforms such as Silverstripe 4, Quasar.dev, Docker, ExpressJS, Azure AD.
  • Knowledge in web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
  • Knowledge in testing using Mocha, Playwright, PHPUnit, Gherkin/Behat.
  • Knowledge in concepts such as Microservices, GitHub, OAuth2, Web APIs, Webhooks, SalesForce Apex, CI/CD, Linux server admin, SPA, Multi-platform apps, Asynchronous tasks, Event-driven systems, PCI-DSS-like data security approach, IMAP3/SMTP.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Can communicate well and possess leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
