Recruitment Specialist (Day Shift)

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

The Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process; arrange interviews with the hiring managers and update them on every step of the recruitment process.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Conducting initial interviews.
• Consistent update on both candidates and hiring managers.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.

The Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or relevant field
• Familiarity with social media, Indeed, JORA, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Manatal / HubSpot)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles
• Knowledge in LinkedIn Boolean Searches
• Organize admin side of recruiting process and maintenance of all resumes.
• Knowledge of software platforms
