About the job Q300107: Quantity Surveyor (Countertops)
The Quantity Surveyor (Countertops) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design, scope, and execution of countertop projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle communication with the CAD drafting team to ensure projects adhere within the scope of the blueprints and are finished on time.
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000
The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

The Responsibilities:
- Locate and highlight all countertop scope based on materials.
- Able to identify if any area is missing information and request RFI.
- Gather All product information from suppliers
- Slabs size, finish, thickness, pricing, MSDS, Care & Maintenance, Warranties for all specified materials
- Edge Detail type and design
- Sinks model, qty, install type upload all specification sheets
- Faucets model, qty, hole #, spread upload all specification sheets per area
- Additional Cut-Outs qty and size grommets, outlets, trash holes
- Collaborate with the design team to determine the complete scope of the countertop project, including material selections, measurements, and any specific needs.
- Providing clear and detailed information about the countertop design to the CAD drafter, ensuring that all project specifications are accurately translated into technical drawings.
- Regularly updating project status and addressing concerns/scope adjustments.
The Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or in any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Countertops industry.
- Strong understanding of countertop materials (e.g., granite, quartz, marble) and fabrication processes.
- Must have countertop experience and knowledge of blueprints to identify material and scope of work.
- Ability to read and interpret, construction documents and plans, blueprints, and with strong attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design details clearly to technical teams.
- Proficiency in any project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
