 Job Description:


We are seeking an Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the team. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates clearly, and can work independently.

Salary Range: 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email
  • Process Quotes and Invoices With the Reports.
  • Update Pipedrive CRM and NetSuite
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Escalate issues when required.
  • Coordinate with the local team to resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet quality and service standards.
  • Ability to transcribe voice notes (WhatsApp) to text and input into Pipedrive (CRM System).

KPIs:

  • Response Time: Email/chat replies within X hours.
  • Accuracy: 98% data entry accuracy.
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Productivity and Attendance


Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM and Data Entry
  • Professional, patient, and customer focused.
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive
