Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a Civil 12D Designer supporting our client's team on subdivision and civil infrastructure projects. You will prepare 3D civil models, construction drawings, and supporting documentation for earthworks, roading, and three waters infrastructure in line with New Zealand standards and industry practices.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP35,000 - PHP70,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM)

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D civil designs and models using 12d Model.
• Prepare subdivision and land development designs.
• Design earthworks, roading, and three waters infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed construction and design drawings with accurate technical documentation.
• Review designs for compliance with project requirements, New Zealand standards, and industry practices.
• Identify design issues and provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate design information with project teams.
• Support projects from design through to documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, engineering calculations, and technical drawings.
• Strong proficiency in 12d Model.
• Experience in land development and civil infrastructure.
• Strong experience with subdivisions, earthworks, roading, and three waters.
• Knowledge of New Zealand design standards and practices.
• Ability to produce accurate civil design drawings and documentation.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
