We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter with AutoCAD experience and knowledge of civil drafting for subdivision and land development projects. The role involves preparing accurate drawings and ensuring compliance with Australian standards and project requirements.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
Shift Type: AU Shift (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM) 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop plans and drawings for subdivision, land development, and other civil engineering projects.
• Interpret engineering designs, specifications, survey data, and technical documents to produce accurate drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure drafting requirements are met.
• Update drawings based on design revisions, field changes, and client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, Australian standards, local regulations, and company procedures.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
• Assist with project planning and design development as required.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering drafting principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and survey information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
