Q201500: AP, Payroll & HR Administrator
Job Description:
This role provides essential support across Accounts Payable and Human Resources functions, handling both administrative and processing tasks. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial and HR-related activities, contributing to smooth operations and effective internal support.
Salary Range: 30,000
Work Set-Up: Day Shift

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable duties
- Complete Supplier credit applications.
- Reconcile supplier statements, obtain missing invoices, statement.
- Manage AP inbox - forward/move items to correct recipients/folders.
- Accurately process invoices and ensure they are matched to purchase orders and receipts and allocated to correct general ledger codes.
- HR Administration duties
- Support HR Administration
- Candidate management
- Monitor and track probationary period timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and personnel records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Strong background in accounts payable and familiarity with AP automation systems.
- Proven administration capability, and High-level Admin Experience
- Payroll processing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Able to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
