Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as an Estimator (Cabinetry and Joinery) supporting our client's team. You will prepare accurate estimates and quotations for residential and commercial projects, using your knowledge of custom cabinetry construction, manufacturing processes, and project costs.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP30,000 - PHP50,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM PHT)

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, cabinetry plans, specifications, and project documents to identify requirements and potential construction or costing issues.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing schedules, quotations, and supporting documents for custom cabinetry and joinery projects.
• Perform material and hardware take-offs and calculate the quantities required.
• Estimate labour, manufacturing, installation, delivery, and associated project costs.
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing, ensuring estimates remain commercially competitive while maintaining appropriate margins.
• Coordinate with drafters, designers, project managers, suppliers, and production teams, and update estimates following design changes or revised requirements.
• Maintain organised records of estimates, pricing, supplier information, and project documentation.
• Assist with tender submissions and clarify pricing and scope when required.

Requirements

• Proven estimating experience in cabinetry, joinery, shopfitting, or fit-out, including residential and/or commercial cabinetry and joinery projects.
• Strong understanding of custom cabinetry construction, manufacturing processes, materials, fittings, hardware, and installation requirements.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and cabinetry details.
• Experience with material and hardware take-offs and project costing, supported by strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of estimates from review through to quotation.
• Preferred: Experience with estimating or cabinetry software is an advantage; understanding of Australian cabinetry, joinery, and fit-out practices is highly desirable.
