About This Role

As the Product Innovation Lead for our client in Indonesia, this role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional who can bridge the gap between traditional telecommunications operations and cutting-edge digital solutions. You will guide one of our key clients, and its sub-brands toward a future as a leading Digital Mobile Operator.

What You'll Do

  • High-velocity innovation
      • Drive high-velocity innovation and customer-centric digital services.
      • Collaborate with various teams to develop and launch digital products, enhancing customer experiences and engagement
  • Strategic Consulting and Advisory:
      • Provide expert consulting services to the partner, leveraging experience in both telecom and consulting to guide the company towards becoming a Ideal Digital Mobile Operator (DMO)
      • GTM planning and strategy execution
  • Develop new revenue streams
      • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, especially in non-telecom sectors, to create new revenue streams and enhance customer value propositions building on existing blueprints developed by the client.
      • Work with marketing and product management teams to design and execute GTM around innovative methods such as viral loops
  • Customer Experience Enhancement:
      • Lead initiatives to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and engagement through innovative digital services and flankers building on the existing blueprints of Circles
  • Operational Efficiency and Innovation:
      • Streamline operational processes using a data-driven approach, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
      • Foster a culture of innovation within our partner, encouraging experimentation and rapid iteration to meet market demands.
      • Influencing senior stakeholders with mind shift change from outside the system is an important requirement of the role

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in senior roles focused on digital transformation and innovation and/or 5+ years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with a focus on telecommunications or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation projects and implementing agile methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of the telecom industry's dynamics and digital trends.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders(SLT level)
  • Experience working in the Southeast Asian market, particularly Indonesia, is highly desirable.
  • 0-1 experience especially in tech startups or big-tech companies is desirable
