WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate and grow the Americas market.
- Identify and prioritize key market segments and opportunities for expansion.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and engage with potential partners and stakeholders to foster strategic alliances.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships to secure and sustain high-value partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop market strategies and joint initiatives.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales and revenue targets through a combination of new business acquisition and existing client growth
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and key achievements.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong focus on the Americas region, preferably in Travel industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (Portuguese and Spanish) are a plus.
