WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Market Expansion:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate and grow the Americas market.
    • Identify and prioritize key market segments and opportunities for expansion.
      Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and engage with potential partners and stakeholders to foster strategic alliances.
    • Lead negotiations and manage relationships to secure and sustain high-value partnerships.
    • Collaborate with partners to co-develop market strategies and joint initiatives.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales and revenue targets through a combination of new business acquisition and existing client growth
    • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to key decision-makers.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and key achievements.
    • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong focus on the Americas region, preferably in Travel industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Portuguese and Spanish) are a plus.
