Day to Day Activities
- Advance, sustain, and expand our strategic prospects across different markets with brands that share our mission, encompassing both established and emerging entities. These collaborations span various sectors, including but not limited to banking, food and beverage, healthcare, and fitness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of potential opportunities and offer proactive suggestions regarding collaborative ventures with partners. This involves assessing strategic alignment, mutual advantages, and the potential for sustained success
- Develop and maintain a partnership prioritization framework aligned with company goals(ie. Acquisition, Engagement and loyalty and monetization)
- Develop strategic commercial objectives, negotiate commercial terms and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Work with Marketing team and Product Management teams to design campaigns and execute partnership launches as per plan
- Propose new non-telco and partner based value propositions aligned with the company priorities by being the voice of customers within the company to ensure partnerships deliver the intended value
- Analyse the performance of the previous launches and propose improvements(Operational or otherwise) to ensure that the partnerships deliver intended value
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business with focus on Marketing, or a closely related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships
- Previous experience with a consumer brand, preferably worked with a lot of frequently used brands in Singapore is a big plus
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate inside and outside the organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness
