About This Role
The Digital Brand Manager Specialist will drive content strategies, digital brand management, and influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires expertise in content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and data-driven marketing, supporting our global digital telco brand across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Digital Brand Strategy (50%):
- Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage high-quality, compelling content (articles, blogs, social posts, videos, etc.) for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to craft innovative digital experiences.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest content marketing, digital brand trends, and best practices.
Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management (30%):
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns.
- Design influencer marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, drive awareness, and boost engagement.
- Monitor influencer performance, ensuring partnerships meet campaign goals, and report on outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including contract negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking.
Social Media Management (20%):
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Develop social media strategies that increase engagement and followers while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Track and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Respond to social media interactions, fostering positive community engagement and addressing inquiries or feedback.
- Work with designers and content teams to ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for each platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4 years of proven experience in content marketing, digital brand management, or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media tools, and influencer platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media management platforms.
- Exceptional creative, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with managing influencer partnerships, content marketing metrics, and media relations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
