About This Role

As the GTM Expert for our client in Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing our go-to-market strategies as we expand into new markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the local landscape, strategic planning, and a focus on brand positioning to ensure successful market entry and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Conduct thorough landscape mapping and persona assessment to understand market dynamics.

Develop effective country-specific launch strategies that align with the brand's vision and objectives.

  • Go-To-Market Planning:

Formulate and execute GTM plans, including launch blueprints, playbooks, and standardised presentation decks.

Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing CoE to integrate strategic frameworks supporting Circles new market launches.

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Validate local brand positioning, communication, and media strategies.

Adapt global brand guidelines to resonate with the local audience.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with Strategy & Business Planning (BP) teams to meet growth objectives.

Partner with the local marketing team to deliver insight-driven communications.

Engage with senior stakeholders on content strategy and GTM initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, growth strategy, and brand management, preferably with SaaS experience
  • Proven experience in marketing and growth strategy, with expertise in brand management, go-to-market strategy, and channel management across digital and physical platforms.
  • Background in digital brand launches and GTM processes across business stages (from start-up to scale-up).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams.
