About this role:

As our client expands its footprint across APAC, the Middle East, and Central America, they are looking for a seasoned, strategic leader to play a pivotal role in managing high-level relationships with our key telco partners. This role requires an individual adept at engaging senior stakeholders, fostering deep collaboration across the partner organization, and building long-term relationships that unlock new opportunities for growth.

Desired outcomes:

Foster strong, strategic relationships wih key telecom partners and regulators to ensure seamless operations and drive future growth opportunities in the region.

Lead digital transformation efforts, acting as a trusted advisor to guide partners through change management, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and long-term goals.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the partner organization, cultivating deep, long-term relationships that open doors to additional business opportunities.

Work directly with founders and the leadership team to ensure alignment on business strategy, maintaining strong cross-border relationships that support sustainable growth and a competitive market presence.

Ideal experience:

- c-level experience or board advisory; retired CEOs welcome

- Well-versed in P&L management, sales and marketing, or business development. Ideally with experience of ensuring that the organisation meets service levels above and beyond the expectation of a key B2B relationship

- 15+ years of experience within the consumer brand industry (ideally SaaS/ Internet/ Technology/ Telecommunications (or-related) and familiar with the regulatory and competitive environment in the local market

- Strong digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future with an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles

- Able to work and communicate effectively Ideally with experience of either working or studying abroad and/or experience reporting to Headquarters outside of Mexico

- Proven track record of building and scaling a business (ideally from scratch to 100M revenue). Ideally within a B2C digital start-up or a high-growth type environment, leading teams of 30+ people
