Role Overview
Were looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Growth and Digital Marketing to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels for innovative, digital first telecommunications brands around the world.
This role is critical in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies to meet our ambitious targets, leveraging data, digital experimentation, and an in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour to make informed, impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and retention in alignment with business goals.
- Go-To-Market Plan: Manage day-to-day execution and on-time delivery of marketing activities to achieve key commercial objectives, ensuring seamless go-to-market strategy implementation.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data and performance metrics to generate insights that drive optimization and improved user engagement.
- Digital Experimentation and Testing: Develop and conduct A/B tests and other digital experiments aimed at maximizing conversion rates and refining customer experience.
- Marketing Channel Optimization: Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including both organic and paid channels, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- Insights and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights, adjusting strategies based on findings to consistently improve results.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in growth or digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving user growth, engagement, and retention in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into effective strategies.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other martech tools essential for campaign management and reporting.
- Team Management: Experience building, nurturing and developing a high performance team
- Experimentation: Skilled in A/B testing and digital experimentation, with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions and growth tactics.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally, leading and influencing teams towards shared growth objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in zero-to-one startups, digital first businesses, or telecommunications is highly desirable.
