Job Title: German Customer Service Representative

Contract Details: Full-time, Professional Services Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a German Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in both German and English. Your main goal will be to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services and to build long-lasting relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and efficient information to customers regarding our services, products, and policies

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment

- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Fluent in English and German (Native or near-native)

- Availability to work Central Europe time, including weekends and holidays if required.

- Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
