Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and industry trends.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Appian development.
• Experience in developing projects for financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher (preferred).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
