Role: As a Network Planning and Optimization Consultant, your daily objective will be to improve the overall network performance for our clients.

Your main activities will include, among others: Planning and optimization across all generations of mobile networks (2G to 5G); processing, analyzing, and reporting Drive Test results using widely adopted tools (e.g., TEMS Discovery), including end-to-end log analysis and optimization;

Initial tuning and optimization of individual sites for all technologies; cluster tuning and optimization to achieve defined KPIs;

Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of KPIs;

Network performance benchmarking;

KPI and parameter mapping for multi-vendor projects; verification of parameter inconsistencies and database corrections; process automation and data manipulation using BI and Data Science knowledge;

Daily knowledge sharing with the team and creation of technical workshops as part of our best knowledge-sharing practices.

Your profile: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field; extensive knowledge of other wireless technologies such as NB-IoT, VoLTE, WCDMA, and GSM;

Proven experience with legacy technologies such as 2G/3G/4G, including their key end-to-end features;

Knowledge of 5G NR networks and associated 3GPP specifications, specifically in RAN features, optimization, air interface parameters, radio resource management, signaling, mobility configurations, and call processing in idle and active modes; Knowledge of RAN KPIs, counters, optimization parameter definitions, and their impact on network performance and capacity; Knowledge of mobile network lifecycle and processes (modernization, swap, deployment, etc.);

Hands-on experience with performance management, RF optimization, and capacity planning, especially in LTE and 5G networks; Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia); Experience with planning and optimization processes and tools; Initial tuning, single-site validation, drive testing, cluster optimization, radio network planning, network auditing, KPI monitoring; Experience with ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, Performance Manager, U2020, etc.; 4 to 6 years of experience;

English B2 mandatory (French or Spanish is a plus);

Knowledge of Open-RAN protocols is a plus; Knowledge of BI, data processing, SQL, and programming (e.g., Python) is a plus.
