Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation using Playwright and Selenium, combined with a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle. Will collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables through efficient automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing clear and structured test cases.
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Act as a bridge between QA and development teams, ensuring alignment on quality goals.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Playwright and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of the software testing process, including scenario design and execution.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Work Model: Hybrid 2x week
