Role Overview:
As the HR Manager at Grupo Data Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include training and development, performance evaluation, onboarding, employee support, and managing vacation, absences, and leaves. You will ensure that HR policies align with business goals and create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys objectives.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide feedback to managers and staff.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, vacation, absences, and leave requests.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and HR-related queries.
Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus.
