Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our company's platforms, including servers, networks, and databases

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

- Implement security measures to protect our platforms from cyber threats

- Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates

- Develop and maintain documentation for our platforms and processes

- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our platforms

- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python)

- Knowledge of networking and security principles

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Fluency in Portuguese
