Service Now Senior Developer:
Responsibilities:
Creates forms, workflows and prototypes
Develop, Designs, codes and tests technical solutions
Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
Promotes active listening with team members
Contributes appropriately to conversations
Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees
Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
Skills:
Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
Additional must require experience is on HR Module , Service Portal , Agent workspace, Virtual agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU and SecOps.
Working knowledge of relational databases
Preferred: Service now Admin Certification
Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification

Other tasks/duties as assigned
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
A minimum of 4 years of experience with/in the following:
Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
Experience with ServiceNow configuration(s) and formatting data for the CMDB
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

Data Import and Management
Development of required requested specific reporting
Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
Full remote work
Location: required to work from Portugal
