Description:
Ensure our customers maximise the value of their GRS Guardian telematics systems. You'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer onboarding and training processes
- Assist with customer communications and support tickets
- Help customers optimise their use of our tracking platform
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback
- Support account management activities
- Assist with creating customer success materials and guides
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns
- Help coordinate vehicle recovery operations when needed

Requirements:

- Interest in technology and helping businesses succeed
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
