Ensure our customers maximise the value of their GRS Guardian telematics systems. You'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer onboarding and training processes
  • Assist with customer communications and support tickets
  • Help customers optimise their use of our tracking platform
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback
  • Support account management activities
  • Assist with creating customer success materials and guides
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns
  • Help coordinate vehicle recovery operations when needed
