About the Sales Development Representative role:


Our customer is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the initial connection to their customers, providing a positive and consultative experience. You will play a critical role in qualifying, educating, and guiding potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales opportunities.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Build trust and provide customers with accurate knowledge about services.
  • Achieve outbound call targets set by the management team.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective pipeline management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Uncover customer needs and present an accurate high-level overview of the company's value proposition.
  • Listen to unique eligibility issues and communicate easily understood solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the clients services and best practices to provide value to customers.
  • Understand and effectively communicate eligibility guidelines to determine if a lead qualifies for services.
  • Follow up with customers to further educate, engage, and transition them toward planning services.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Stay resilient and focused on winning customers despite setbacks or objections.


What Were Looking For

  • Associate degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferred.
  • Experience working remotely, preferred.
  • Strong ability to sell products over the phone and close deals remotely.
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction.
  • Impeccable communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to improve lead conversion.
