Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our customer's team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious revenue growth objectives by sourcing new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. Your ability to make effective outbound calls, collaborate with channel partners, and utilize CRM tools will be crucial in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and CRM systems to identify needs, generate leads, and close sales. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a competitive attitude are key to excelling in this fast-paced, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and distributor support.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify leads and close sales.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and generate interest.
  • Address customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Perform sales service functions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product lines and generate new leads.

Required Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Outbound calling experience with excellent phone presence.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Slack, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience
  • 1+ years of CRM experience 
  • Understanding of IDNs and GPOs preferred 

Additional Information
This is an in-office role with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays. Candidates must be able to commute to Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Compensation: Monthly commission and bonus opportunities.
