We're seeking a dynamic, creative web designer who can blend aesthetic mastery with brand-forward strategy and digital reputation leadership.

Role Overview

You'll be a digital guardian across Growth Holdings online identity and guest-facing reputation channels:

• Design, update, build & maintain websites across all Growth Holdings brands ensuring strong UX, brand consistency, performance, and conversions.
• Manage online reputation via Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, Yelp and guest reviews analyzing sentiment, responding to feedback, and recommending improvements.
• Support social media engagement through direct chat response across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)answering queries, escalating as needed, and maintaining brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development

• Craft visually compelling, brand-aligned pages (hotel/resort, dining, experiences).
• Ensure responsive performance, ADA compliance, fast load times, SEO fundamentals.
• Iterate on design based on brand campaigns, guest feedback, and analytics.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and branded teams for site updates and feature rollouts.

Reputation Management

• Monitor reviews daily (Google, TripAdvisor, OTA platforms).
• Respond promptly with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues.
• Track sentiment trends, compile monthly insights and improvement plans.
• Work with marketing, operations, and front-line leaders to drive reputation-building initiatives.

Social Media Chat Support

• Respond to direct messages across channels with quick, brand-centric answers.
• Escalate operational questions as needed, track FAQs for chat-script optimization.
• Maintain response quality standards (speed, tone, accuracy).
