Job Description:

Growth Technology LLC is searching for an Electronics Engineer who is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electronic systems and components. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that electronic systems are efficient, reliable, and meet the specific requirements of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create electronic circuits, systems, and components based on project requirements. This involves selecting appropriate components, designing PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), and ensuring functionality and reliability.

2. Develop and execute test plans to verify the functionality and performance of electronic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and make necessary improvements.

3. Build and evaluate prototypes to assess design feasibility and make necessary modifications before full-scale production.

4. Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, schematics, test results, and project specifications. This is critical for knowledge sharing and compliance.

5. Ensure that electronic systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and environmental directives.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate electronics seamlessly into products or systems.

7. Explore cost-effective solutions for electronic components and manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and performance standards.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics and technology to incorporate innovations into projects.

9. Implement quality control measures to ensure that electronic systems meet or exceed performance expectations and reliability standards.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is typically required. 

2. Proficiency in electronics design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle), and familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded systems.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

4. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.

6. Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO, UL, and FCC.

7. Proficiency in soldering, testing equipment and the ability to work in a laboratory or workshop setting.

8. Electronics engineers should be adaptable to new technologies and willing to learn and grow professionally.
