Project Overview

The client is delivering a large-scale business and technology transformation programme, including a complex data workstream focused on integrating operational, reporting, and analytics data into the client's enterprise data platform.We are looking for a senior consultant who can lead the data workstream, work closely with client stakeholders, and help shape both the target solution and the delivery approach.This is a leadership role combining data architecture, programme delivery, stakeholder management, and governance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end data workstream within a major transformation programme
• Collaborate with client programme management and senior business stakeholders
• Drive requirements definition and solution design activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology domains
• Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning
• Provide architectural oversight for data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions
• Support future scaling of the data workstream and related delivery teams

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Delivery Lead, Data Transformation Lead, or similar senior role
• Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives
• Experience leading complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders
• Deep understanding of modern cloud-based data ecosystems
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Ability to engage effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams
