Business Analyst – Payments (Banking) | Prague

We're building a team for a payments integration programme at a bank, and we're looking for a Business Analyst with strong payments experience to join it on-site in Prague.

You'll work alongside a senior architect and a technical analyst on the integration between a core banking platform and a third-party payment solution. Your focus is the business and functional side: understanding payment flows, capturing requirements, and turning them into clear specifications the technical team can build against.

What you'll do

• Analyse payment flows and processes, and translate them into functional requirements and specifications
• Bridge business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the integration
• Document interfaces, data flows, and business rules for payment processing
• Support the team from early analysis through delivery and testing

Must-have

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in payments (payment processing, clearing/settlement, SEPA, instant payments, or similar)
• Track record of writing clear functional specifications in a banking or financial-services environment
• Ability to work on-site in Prague on a regular basis
• Strong communication in Czech/Slovak and English

Nice-to-have

• Experience with FlexCube (Oracle) or a CGI payments module
• Familiarity with core banking integrations and payment gateways
• Exposure to a regulated banking delivery environment
