Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales professional to join a young salesforce consulting firm as their first dedicated Sales Hire. This individual will play a foundational role in building our sales function, bringing in new clients, and shaping the future of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Salesforce solutions and consulting services, with a deep understanding of Salesforce’s ecosystem and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and close new clients for Salesforce recruitment services, expanding the client’s footprint in the Salesforce space.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, taking a hands-on approach to all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, including market research, customer segmentation, and account targeting.

  • Resourceful Execution: Set up the initial sales processes and tools necessary to manage leads and close deals efficiently, while collaborating with other functions as needed.

  • Sales Department Development: Lay the foundation for a future sales team, potentially transitioning to a leadership role and overseeing sales operations as the company grows.

  • Relationship Management: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners, becoming a trusted advisor on Salesforce staffing needs.

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success in selling Salesforce projects or consulting services.

  • Salesforce Knowledge: A deep understanding of Salesforce’s products, services, and ecosystem, including trends and challenges facing Salesforce customers.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable in a start-up environment with the ability to work independently, set up processes, and solve problems resourcefully.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Future Leadership: Eagerness to evolve into a leadership role, with the skills to build and lead a sales team as the company grows.

Requirements:

  • Located in Dubai or within a 3-hour time zone range.

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role focused on Salesforce solutions.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
