Grow-Talent.com is working with an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Remuneration: base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong web applications using Node.js, Express.js, ES6+, and CSS3.
• Develop and support APIs and microservices that power our applications.
• Manage and maintain databases to ensure smooth operation and performance.
• Integrate our applications with external systems like networks, search engines, and information services.
• Participate in both functional and technical discussions to ensure our solutions meet business needs.
• Understand business objectives and make sure they are achieved through our tech solutions.
• Help users by creating easy-to-follow documentation, providing support tools, and offering training.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure everything works together seamlessly.
• Estimate how long tasks will take and ensure theyre completed on time.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, following best practices to ensure quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
• Create innovative web-based tools to support activism and community building.
• Develop and maintain custom web applications that enhance user experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Great interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Self-driven and committed to improving your skills and work.
• Strong team management and collaboration abilities.
