Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Manager QC and Training for their offices in Bogota, Colombia.

Position: Manager QC and Training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement
  • Ensure activities meet regulatory standards, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
  • Align team activities with KPIs, reduce defects through training and QC monitoring
  • Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and drive service improvements
  • Manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases
  • Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements
  • Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teams

    REQUIREMENTS:

      • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field (Masters preferred)
      • Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
      • Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer)
      • Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles
      • Proven ability to manage QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries
      • Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations
      • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
      • Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional project experience
      • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
      • Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges within QC and training
