• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Demonstrate credibility and professionalism in front of clients and candidates.
• Prioritise relationship-building and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Achieve and exceed fee billing targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a successful fee biller in the recruitment industry.
• Experience in the construction sector is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Credible and professional demeanour when dealing with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
