• PM/PQS Permanent Recruitment Specialist
• Mature and self-driven consultants with 2-6 years of experience
• Polished and Credibe in front of Clients and Candidates

Recruitment Model:

• 360-degree approach, generating candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter Licence, Premium Lusha, etc.
• Access to various tools, events, and networking/sponsorship opportunities to grow corporate and personal brands

Growth Potential:

• Division can expand to 3-4 people, suitable for those with broader leadership ambitions

Compensation:

• Competitive base - monthly commission at 40% over threshold on all billings
