About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Specialist who may currently be working in a different recruitment specialisation but has a genuine interest in transitioning to the property sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your recruitment skills while learning the ins and outs of the dynamic property industry. As a 360-degree Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment process, focusing on permanent placements within the property sector. Your clients will include Property Managers, Commercial Managers, Asset Managers, Facilities Managers, and Property Finance Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Develop and foster relationships with new and existing clients in the property sector.
    • Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Become a trusted partner, maintaining long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management:
    • Attract high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
    • Manage the recruitment process from screening to shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to offer.
  • 360-Degree Recruitment:
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, handling both client and candidate needs effectively.
    • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth placement and onboarding.
    • Provide industry insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates to ensure success.
  • Market Research & Industry Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with property market trends and employment patterns to provide clients with expert advice.
    • Advise clients on salary expectations, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in any sector, with a genuine interest in transitioning to the property sector.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with strong business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A passion for learning about the property market and applying recruitment expertise to a new industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
