About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Manager to lead our South Island IT operations based in Christchurch. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while driving the expansion of our IT services across new regions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and growing our market presence in the South Island and parts of the lower North Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT operations in Christchurch, ensuring seamless integration with our Auckland-based IT team.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand IT services into new markets in the lower North Island and the South Island.
• Expand and Recruit new IT recruitment specialists to grow market share
• Fee billing role with the opportunity to build revenue on top of a market-leading rem structure
• Collaborate with other divisions to leverage our established presence in South Island, promoting interdisciplinary growth and synergy.
• Lead projects and initiatives that align with the company's growth strategy, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Fee billing, IT Manager or in a similar senior IT role.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in expanding IT services into new markets is highly desirable.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Christchurch.
