About the job HR Coordinator
Our client, a group of companies based in Dubai is looking to hire a qualified HR Coordinator to join their corporate HR operations team in Dubai. Ideal candidate should have at least three years' work experience in any large companies (employing 1000 plus workers) coordinating following functions:
-Training and Development
-Performance Management
-Employee Grievances and Disciplinary Management
-HR Reporting
Should be fluent in English and preferably Hindi speaking
