Manager Mining-EE
29kms from Kathu, Northern Cape, South Africa
Experience: 10 years |Qualification: NQF 6 in Rock Breaking
Preference will be given to women in mining and designated groups in
accordance with the Company's Employment Equity Plan.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
To plan, execute and manage the exploitation of ore at an
operational which includes but not limited to:
-Mining operations
-Continuous improvement and optimization
-Asset performance
-Contractor management
-Strategic learnership and influence
-Customer relationship management
-Budget management and cost control
-SHERQ adherence and compliance
-Work ethics
QUALIFICATIONS
-National Diploma (NQF Level 6 - 240 credits) in Mining / Rock
Breaking
-Mine Managers certificate of competence
-B Degree / B Tech Degree (NQF Level 7 - 360 credits in Mining /
Rock Breaking (Recommended)
-Post Graduate qualification: MBA / MBL / ARM Senior
-Management / Leadership equivalent (Recommended)
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum of eight (8) years operational Mining Engineer / Mine
overseer experience
-Minimum of two (2) years operational Supervisory / Middle
Management experience
Total of 10 years experience required of which some of the
experience can run concurrently
